Fig's Frippery

Now that I’m entering the last couple weeks (hopefully) of my pregnancy, I’ve slowed down my sewing and obviously my blog posting as well.  One project I recently completed was the making of some simple pillowcases for the pillows I want to take along with me ot the hospital when I go into labor.  I wanted some snazzy bright-colored pillowcases so they will be easy to distinguish from boring hospital pillowcases and hard to miss when it comes time to change rooms or check out.

Here are the pillowcases I made last week:

See, pretty obvious, aren’t they?  Speaking of pillows, want to remind everyone that all my pillows are on sale right now at my Etsy shop.  I really want to sell some pillows to make room in my nursery, where they are currently stored, before the baby arrives!
